Thete JTO Nashik on their peaceful Superannuation /Voluntary Retirement after completion of long & highly successful services in DoT/BSNL. 

· Com. Maroti A. Jiwane, Telecom District Manager, Gadchiroli SSA {Mob 9423686307} was appointed and posted on 31/10/1984 at T&D Circle, Mumbai. Then, in July 1987, he was posted in Gadchiroli District as a JTO, who was the first officer in Gadchiroli District under Chandrapur SSA. Before posting of Com. M. A. Jiwane, only PI was working in Gadchiroli District. He worked as a JTO in Gadchiroli District with single hand since long for 09 years up to 1995. He was worked in various streams in BSNL/DOT viz. Groups, NEX System, MBM, C-DOT, E-10B, EWSD, Outdoor, Vigilance, Planning, Administration etc, during his entire service period. Com. M. A. Jiwane, was joined in Gadchiroli SSA as a Telecom District Manager on 05/06/2017 and has taken lot of pains for improvement of Gadchiroli SSA. Before his joining due to adamant stand of earlier TDM, there was much unrest among the executives of Gadchiroli SSA. Com Jivane not only settled all pending issues but also did not give even single chance to complain and resolved every issue when reported to him. He was one of the successful SSA Head, who nicely maintained co-ordeal relations with Circle management as well as all the officers, staff and Union/Association in Gadchiroli SSA by resolving all the issues brought to his notice. He is very strong leader and lead Gadchiroli SSA from front as SSA Head. He was active member of SNEA and has taken part in association activities on platform of SNEA Gadchiroli. While serving in Gadchiroli SSA as TDM,, he has achieved various parameters viz. NOFN Project fully rolled out in Gadchiroli SSA in time bound manner, which was first in Maharashtra Circle, 245 Gram Panchayats already connected and started commercial earnings, FTTH connections – achieved 1320 in only one year, Phase-VIII.4 Mobile Project:- Maximum target achieved i.e., 44 mobile tower erected and radiated in Gadchiroli SSA, all existing mobile sites and newly installed sites were swapped on 3G Nokia BTS with earning more than 1.5 Lacs per month per site, while connecting 3G sites network, maximum fibre was used for connectivity, with lots of persuasion with Circle Office, Mumbai – one OFC ring was sanctioned i.e., Sundarnagar-Allapalli for Gadchiroli SSA, Staffs are posted by observing management policy, due to this fault restoration time in mobile and transmission are absolutely minimized MTTR Standards, all terminals installed in PHC as well as all tehsil offices are connected with District Collector Office, Gadchiroli through Optical Fibre Cable, in last Financial year, Five excellence certificates were received for Gadchiroli SSA under the leadership of Com. M. A. Jiwane, TDM Gadchiroli for BTS availability in Gadchiroli SSA is 99% which is top most in Maharashtra Circle, also in SIM Sale, C-TOP UP sale and MNP IN for BSNL has been nicely maintained by the Gadchiroli SSA in Maharashtra Circle is very high parameters value in all respect. Com. Maroti A. Jiwane, TDM Gadchiroli SSA was born on 06/05/1959 at Chandrapur District, is going to retire today on superannuation from BSNL service after completion of highly successful 36 years of services in DoT and BSNL from post of TDM Gadchiroli SSA.

· Com. Mahantesh H., DGM Chinchwad Pune SSA {9422059059} has joined the Department of Telecommunication in 1981 as TOA. He became a JE Telegraph and worked in rural area from 1983 to 1997. He converted many exchanges to CDOT in Daund Taluka. Also worked as SDE at Narayangoan from 1997 to 2002. He installed and developed many exchanges in Narayangoan. He played very important role at Shivajinagar from 2002 to 2009. Saved existing network during Pune-Mumbai highway road widening and developed new network also. He completed his tenure at Alibaug in Raigad SSA from 2009 to 2011. Then he taken a charge as AGM Akurdi Pune SSA and also handled Bhosari and Wakad area. He shifted many DSLAM and successfully migrated Akurdi Exchange on NGN first in Pune. From 2018 till today, he is working as DGM Chinchwad actively. Though he worked in rural and Chinchwad area supported all association activities of SNEA as active member of SNEA. He is very polite in nature and has always helped all whenever required. Today on completion of highly successful 38 years of service in DoT/BSNL, he is retiring on superannuation from BSNL services.

· Com. U.T. Jagtap, DGM HQ Dhule, {Mob 9423885588} has started his carrier in Department of Telecommunication at Guwahati Assam Circle as JE in 1984 and after one year, he was transferred and posted to Aurangabad MH Circle. As JTO, he was transferred to Nandurbar in Dhule SSA. He has also worked as SDE Offg /Regular in Satara, Dhule, and Akola SSAs and has rendered best services. On DE Offg promotions he was posted to Goa SSA and then at Nandurbar in Dhule SSA as DE Regular. Since then he has rendered best services to esteemed customers of Nandurbar District, which is the tribal district. He has contributed his best for BSNL and has tried his level best to serve people by overcoming personal problems and medical issues. He has always motivated the workforce working under him and is known for very supportive role as senior officer. He has very co-ordeal relations with the staff, officers and has also maintained very good relations with local authorities as well and Government offices in Dhule SSA. He is die-hard member of SNEA and has always participated in all activities of SNEA Dhule. Today he is retiring on superannuation from the post of DGM HQ Dhule with highly successful 35 years of devoted services in DoT as well as BSNL.

· Com. C. T. Sagbhor, DE NOFN Kalyan {Mob 9423986218} was appointed as Telegraph Assistant in August 1982 at CTO Mumbai. After that he has worked on different positions in Thane DTO, Netivali, Kalyan & Mumbai areas. He was last posted as DE NOFN at Kalyan. Com. Sagbhor has been a sincere & dedicated Member of SNEA and has always taken active part in all association activities. He is very polite and helpful in nature and has maintained very co-ordeal relations with all. Today after completing of highly successful 35 years of services in DoT/BSNL, he is retiring on superannuation of services in BSNL.

· Com. Mrs Jayshree Murali, DE Admn Kalyan SSA {Mob 9423989988} was appointed as JTO in August 1990 at CGM Office. She was promoted as SDE in February 1999 & transferred to Kalyan SSA. She has worked as SDE in various sections in Kalyan, Dombivali & Bhiwandi areas of Kalyan SSA. In recent regular AGM/DE promotion orders, she was promoted as AGM Regular in November 2015. Com. Jayshree Murali has been hardworking, dedicated & devoted officer & is well known for her humble & helping nature. She has always been a loyal member of SNEA. Till last day of her services, she was actively serving as AGM Admn & MIS Kalyan and after completing highly successful 29 years of services in DoT/BSNL, she has opted for VRS from BSNL services to take care of family members.

· Com. Rohidas Nale, DE NOFN Pune {9423085858} has started his service in DOT in year 1987 from Kalyan SSA as a JTO Installation. He also worked there as JTO Indoor and outdoor at Palghar for 3 years and at Nalasopara for 5 years. In 1999, he transferred to Pune and was posted as SDE Shirur. Then he worked as SDE Vadgoan Sheri and SDE Planning Rural for 5 years. Then again worked as DE OFC Rural from 2014 and now he is working as DE NOFN Pune. He has done very remarkable job in Shirur as he has opened and installed six exchanges in our own land of BSNL. He had taken a lead from land acquisition to installation of exchanges and giving many NTC from these exchanges when demand of landline was vey high. He achieved a milestone as a DE NOFN as in NOFN Project –I, he has completed about 95 % works in record time. Out of total 852 GPs in Pune SSA , he has are commissioned 774 GPs and connected all these Gram Panchayats in Pune SSA with fast speed internet connectivity in real spirit of Digital India. He is very familiar and famous among all rural OFC staff, customers and also among higher officers. Due to his devotion and best personal relations he has maintained over the period, he could put the very well image of BSNL in the Rural and urban society of Pune. Since beginning, he was die-hard Comrade of JETA/TEOA/SNEA and has always taken active participation in all association activities Com. Nale is completing highly successful and memorable 32 years of service in DoT and BSNL and retiring on superannuation as DE NOFN Pune with full satisfaction over his lifelong services in DoT/BSNL.

· Com. Gautam Waghmare, AGM Nana Peth Pune SSA {9423015933} has joined as a Technician in 1984 and was promoted as Phone Inspector in year 1990. Further, he was promoted as JTO and posted at RTCC Pune in 1997, then also worked at Bhor and MM Section. On his regular SDE promotion, he was posted at Osmanabad SSA from 2009 to 2011. He is active comrade of SNEA participated in all activities of association. He is known for his peaceful and work oriented nature. Today, after 35 years of service in DoT and BSNL, Com. Waghmare is retiring on Superannuation of his highly successful services from the post of AGM Nana Peth Pune.

· Com. Gautam Shelar, SDE City-North Pune SSA {9422969922} has joined as a Telegraph man in 1982 at CTO and became telegraphist in 1986. In 2000 passed LICE JTO and posted at Guhaghar in Ratnagiri SSA. On completion of tenure, he was again posted to Pune SSA in 2009 and since then successfully working at Sadashiv Peth area, which is heart of the Pune city. In recent SDE Regular promotion orders, he was promoted as SDE in 2018 and continues at same place with full devotion and dedication till last day of his services. He is very clam in and polite in nature and has always co-operated all. He is active member of SNEA and has taken part in all association activities over the period. In his 37 years carrier in telegraph and telecom field he rendered his services with full devotion and active participation in SNEA.

· Com. Ashok R. Khopade, SDE Satara Road Ext Pune SSA {9422022598} has joined as a technician in 1983 and worked at Strowger Installation, SAX to MAX-I and CDOT Installation in Pune SSA. He passed JTO competitive in 2001 and worked as JTO Bhor, JTO Dhairy, and JTO T&D Circle at Pune for A/T. He has successfully completed all India hard tenure at North East on his Regular SDE promotion during 2011 to 2013. Till today, he is working hard at Pune Head quarter as SDE Extln. Satara Rd and has given best services to the customers. He successfully attended major paper core cable faults smoothly due to his cooperative nature when cables were damaged due to BRT works. He got special appreciation letter from PGM Pune for given maximum FTTH connections in Pune Central area. He is a die-hard member of SNEA participated in every association activity. After a successful 36 years of service in Dot/BSNL retiring on superannuation retirement.

· Com. Bhanudas Gaikwad, SDE Baramati Pune SSA {9423015151} has joined DoT in year and was posted at Walchandnagar as a technician. He started his executive carrier in Pune from 2001 as a JTO GP and worked at Baramati, Daund. He booked maximum connections in Rural area. He has successfully completed his tenure at Sindhudurg from 2013 to 2015 and after completion of tenure; he was posted as JTO S&M Pune, then again posted at Baramati. Till today, the last day of superannuation retirement, he is working as SDE Baramati with full devotion and dedication. He is die-hard member of SNEA from the beginning and always supported association activities by his active participation. After 37 years of services, he is now retiring on superannuation and during his service; he has always contributed his best services to DoT/BSNL and SNEA.

· Com. Parshuram Dukare, SDE Cantonment Pune SSA {9422022799} has joined DoT as a Junior Engineer in Year 1984 and later served as JTO Hadapsar Cable Pressure from 1988. On long stay transfer, he has successfully completed his tenure at Devgad Sindhudurg SSA from 2012 to 2016. He was posted as DE officiating at Shivajinagar, Pune and continued as DE Regular as per the recent AGM Regular promotion orders and till last date of his services, he is fully dedicated and devoted executive and serving as SDE Cantonment. He is die-hard member of SNEA from the beginning and always supported association activities. During his 34 years of service, he always contributed best service to DoT/BSNL and SNEA.

· Com. Vilas Chaudhary, JTO Nira/Jejuri Pune {Mob 9420858384} has joined department as a Casual Labour in year 1976, then appointed as RM in 1978, then from 1982 to 1992 he worked as wireman in X-Bar Installation. Thereafter, he also served as JE and finally promoted as JTO in year 2008. He has rendered maximum period of his service in Baramati area with full devotion and sincerity in Rural area. On long stay transfer, he has successfully completed tenure at Mahad in Raigad SSA from 2012 to 2015. He is die-hard member of SNEA from the beginning and always supported association activities. Today after completing of highly successful 41 years of long service in DoT/BSNL, Com Vilas Choudhary is retiring on superannuation retirement with full satisfaction and happiness.

· Com. Mrs. Thomas T, JTO Khadki Pune SSA {9423506071} has joined Department of Telecommunications as a JE in 1982 at CTO Pune. She also worked at Chinchwad Telex. In 2002, she promoted as a JTO RTTC Pune. She worked at various locations of Pune as JTO Yamunangar, Talawade, Akurdi, and Lonawala. After completion of tenure at Solapur from 2014 to 2017 working at Khadki till today. Mrs Thomas is a loyal member of SNEA, devotionally worked in DoT and BSNL for 37 years and retiring on superannuation retirement.

· Com. Perthisingh Sidhu, JTO Nodal Mobile Pune {9422537112} has joined as a Technician at Air force Strowger Exchange and also worked at I-Net MHS from 1991 to 2004. He was promoted as JTO in 2004 and worked at Indapur and OFC Rural and from 2008 working in Mobile Nodal Pune. He is well known for his devotion towards duty and co-ordeal relations with fellow officers and staff. He is SNEA member from beginning and has taken active part in all association activities. Today, on completion of 35 years of highly successful services in DoT and BSNL, he is retiring on superannuation with total satisfaction and happiness.

· Com. D. D. Wani, DGM CMTS Nashik {9423963555} was appointed as JTO in 1984 in the erstwhile DOT. He is very active officer and well known as ‘Technocrat’ in the Department. He has acquired well technical knowledge of various technologies introduced in DOT/BSNL and involved in installation and commissioning of MILT-64 & ILT Switches, All C-DOT switches, E 10B, OCB-283 Local exchange, and TAX at Canada corner Nashik, GSM Legacy MSC at Satpur N D Patel road Nashik. He has investigated the fraud of RCOM by tampering I/C CLI for international calls and converted to local calls. Due to his sincere efforts in TAX as SDE, the payment of RCOM is also recovered by BSNL. He is one of the sincere, punctual, and devoted officers. After introduction of GSM services, he has performed in committed manner and carried out installation of MSC's at Nashik with help of Alcatel, ZTE and Nokia during his posting as SDE/DE in Mobile Section and his teamwork was highly appreciated by all higher authority during their visits to GSM MSC. He has taken all-out effort for roll out of Mobile Phase VIII.4 expansion project and it is completed up to 90% before his retirement and secured prestigious positions in Maharashtra for achievement of target. During his service, he has worked in rural area of Nashik at Manmad and Sinnar SDCAs. Also, he has completed one tenure at Kalyan SSA in DE Cadre. Today on completion of highly successful 35 years of service in DoT and BSNL, he is retiring on superannuation of services.

· Com. C. L. Deore SDE General Nashik {8275069733} is very polite and hardworking officer in BSNL and loyal member of SNEA Nashik. He has worked at rural area at Igatpuri, Sinnar and Ozar in the Nashik SSA and one tenure at Devgad and Sawantwadi in Sindhudurg SSA. He was posted at Training Center Jabalpur on JTO to SDE promotion in March 2007 and after 5 years stay, he has requested for MH circle. He was posted to remotest area of Dhule SSA after seeking request transfer to MH circle wherein he worked at Taloda SDCA. Recently he has joined Nashik, posted as SDE General, and now opted for VRS due to his family circumstances. 

· Com. A. L. Bhadarge, JTO Upnagar Nashik {9423967822} is very cooperative officer and basic member of SNEA. He has served at Nashik, Buldhana SSA in the capacity of Technician and  JTO. He has started his carrier at the early age in DoT and has been seen helpful to all, He has been active member of SNEA and supported all association activities. Today on completion of highly successful 37 years of services in DOT and BSNL, he is retiring on superannuation.

· Com. H. S. Ahirao SDE Ext Satpur Nashik {9422770021} is hardworking and technically sound officer and basic member of SNEA. He has served at Nashik, Sindhudurg SSA in the capacity of Technician and JTO. He was always associated with SNEA and has participated in all association activities. He was fully devoted to office work and has always given best to BSNL. Today on completion of highly successful 37 years of services in DOT and BSNL he is retiring on superannuation.

· Com. A. A. Thete JTO Nashik {9423969257} was joined The Department of Telecommunications in year 1980 as Technician and was promoted as JTO in 2004 and since then working in Executive Category with fully devoted services. He was courteous while dealing with customers, superiors, and staff throughout service. He is very hard worker and devoted towards his duty. He has served at Nashik, Sindhudurg SSA in the capacity of JTO. He has been actively involved in association activities and was always active member of SNEA. Today on completion of highly successful 37 years of services in DOT and BSNL, he is retiring on superannuation.

Earlier Com. Mohmad Nisar was transferred to WTR on own cost and request transfer, but due to shortage of executives in Buldhana SSA, he was not relieved for long time. Now, his order has been modified and he is transferred to Gadchiroli SSA in the interest of Service even though acute shortage of executives continues in Buldhana SSA.

30 MAY 19: SAD NEWS:: With heavy Heart it is to inform that Com. P. M. Joshi DE Nashik (Age 55 Years) passed away in the Magnum Hospital Nashik where he was undergoing treatment for last few months as he was suffering from Liver problem. But efforts of doctors could not save his life and he passed away at 1230 hrs today in Magnum Hospital. 

· Though Com. P. M. Joshi was ill for long time, he was recovering over the period and it was expected that he will be soon on regular services at BSNL Nashik. 

· SNEA has lost very die hard and active comrade at very crucial time and his exit is irreparable loss to his family members, SNEA and BSNL.

· Com P.M. Joshi was promoted DE in recent DE/AGM Regular Orders issued by BSNL Corporate office.

· Com. P.M. Joshi has served SNEA as active office Bearer for long time including one active and successful tenure of District Secretary, SNEA Nashik wherein he has played vital role in building unity under banner of SNEA at initial stage of SNEA.

· Com. P. M. Joshi, has great  knowledge of law as has completed LLB and  has always helped people with his knowledge of law while working at Nashik at  CTTC or in Circle office Mumbai on important portfolios like AD/AGM Staff, Establishment, Dept Exams, Disciplinary  Proceedings and even in legal cell for some time. Just before one and half year he has gone back to Nashik as per his request and was supposed to be settled in Nashik till superannuation retirement.

· Devotion of Com. P.M. Joshi towards SNEA and BSNL was remarkable and his name will be written in Golden letters in the history of SNEA Nashik and CTTC Nashik and SNEA Mumbai.  He has fought for right of LDCE Comrades and also has fought legal battle in Hon CAT and Hon High Court Bombay on fixation of seniority in JTO cadre personally as well as on behalf of SNEA.

· SNEA Maharashtra conveys deep condolences to the aggrieved family members of late Com. P. M. Joshi. We part Almighty to give sufficient strength and courage to bereaved family members to come out from this crisis and difficult time due to his untimely heavenly exit. May Departed Soul of late Com. P. M. Joshi, Rest in Heaven with Nobel Peace.

27 MAY 19: By quoting Critical Financial Phase of BSNL, GM Fin Mumbai writes to all SSA Heads/IFAs on huge expenditure on Temporary Advances by field units under heads repairs and maintenance components and directs IFAs to apply due diligence in approving Temporary Advances cases and to implement Austerity measures. Letter <<<>>>

· The letter implies that in spite the tenders are duly approved for repairs and maintenance, the money from temporary advances is being wasted for same works and blames IFAs for not taking due care while approving request of temporary advances.

· It is further directed that all the temporary advances approved prior to March 2019 but unpaid are to be cancelled.

· It is fact that many of the Field officers have not received temporary advances for last four to five months and have spent thousands of rupees from their pocket with intimation to senior officers including SSA Heads with the hopes that Temporary advances will be approved in days to come.

· However, here Circles office thinks that field officers are enjoying temporary advances and money is being made and spared from temporary advances by all the field officers.

· If we analyze the data of the sanction of temporary Advances, it can be seen that only certain selected officers are getting Temporary advances regularly and all others are compelled to wait for sanction and payment of Temporary advances and at later stage with such letter, same is being denied.

· This is nothing but indirect harassment of the field officers and if anyone is misusing funds from temporary advances then he should be booked accordingly by his controlling officers, but such letter blaming all officers who are making expenditure from pockets for months together are being demoralized.

· It is unfortunate that over the period, the importance of SSA Heads is being finished and all decisions are being taken by certain officers in Circle office and SSA/BA Heads are seems to be just posted to achieve targets and to send reports as and when asked by Circle office and are used for fixing responsibility of not achieving targets and not sending reports.

· At least, BSNL Maharashtra Circle has to think over it and if really want to progress, the Respect and Powers of SSA/BA Heads needs to be restored without any further delay otherwise situation will go beyond control later we can only blame each other for utter failure.

This is how at non-popular stations very junior DE level officers are compelled to work as GMT and many of the GM /PGM level officers are working more than the sanctioned post of GMs at Popular locations like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Kalyan etc.

27 MAY 19: As per orders issued by AGM Staff Mumbai, Shri. B.P. Rawat, PGM & SSA Head Raigad will take over charge of Kalyan BA Head with immediate effect. Order <<<>>>

· Earlier Shri. B.P. Rawat, PGM was posted as SSA Head of small SSA Raigad, which was earlier headed by TDM level officer and till TDM level post.

· In strange action, even though he was PGM level Officer, he was compelled to report to another PGM level officer from Circle Office Mumbai and Shri. Hari Om Solanki GMT Kalyan was SSA Head Kalyan.

· With this order, Kalyan SSA will have one GM Level Officer as well as one PGM level Officer and all powers of Kalyan SSA Head will be with Shri. Hari Om Solanki GM and all powers of BA Head Kalyan and SSA Head Raigad will be with Shri. B.P. Rawat, PGM.

· When important and sensitive SSAs like Aurangabad, Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri do not have any GM level SSA Head and with such dual posting of GM /PGM level officers at prominent locations like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Kalyan, Sangli/Satara important manpower is being wasted and it is direct loss to BSNL.

· Recently BSNL Corporate office has called detail information about GM level officers working at TDM level posts and hopefully all such underutilized senior level officers and intelligent manpower will be used at respective GM/PGM level post.

· As per this order modification/retention of Officers in list of Top Five long stay Officers in his grade cannot be recommended by Circles.

· If case is being recommended on grounds of his indispensability, then report needs to be submitted on the efforts made by the seniors in chain of command for preparation of second line officer.

· While recommending any case of retention, name of substitute/alternative officer to be posted in place of officer proposed to be retained and such alternative officer should be of stay higher than the officer of which case of retention is being recommended.

· This means, none of case can be recommended by the Circles for retention and it is being indirectly projected that now any officer under long stay will have to join at tenure place where officer is posted by BSNL Corporate office.

· Even though such strict guidelines are issued, certain officers will continue to manage the transfers, retentions, and choice posting by personal visits to BSNL Corporate office or by using their relations who have approach to Personal Cell BSNL Corporate Office.

· Let us hope, personal Cell implements these guidelines in true spirit and will stop ongoing different ideas of managing transfers only by few and specific officers and compelling others to join at odd and most difficult places.

· Within Maharashtra Circle, Pune SSA has highest target of Rs 122 Crores, which is more than the Targets assigned to about other 18 Circles allover India.

These cases were also under consideration of confirmation but as the required documents/information are not received after long await and repeated request to concerned SSAs, finally the confirmation order is issued in respect of JAOs for whom required information was received by FC section. These left out cases will be considered in second phase by collection of required documents.

7 MAY 19: CAO FC Mumbai issued Confirmation order of 124 JAOs throughout Maharashtra Circle who have successfully completed the two years’ Probation period. Order <<<>>>

· The confirmation of JAOs after completion of two years is routine process, but it was not taken care by FC section on regular basis and the work was pending for different reasons for last two years.

· When the matter was brought to notice of SNEA MH, then it was taken up with all concerned officers and even though it was repeatedly assured for early confirmation of all these JAOs, these orders are delayed for more than one and half year due to red tape working and reluctance on part of concerned SSAs/Units to send required information. .

· Till the date of this confirmation order, some of the officers were of the opinion that the confirmation of all JAOs should be issued together after receipt of complete data and information in respect of all JAOs.

· But as there was reluctance on part of concerned SSAs and even after repeated requests, the information was not received by FC section then SNEA MH pursued for confirmation order of JAOs for whom required information is received and left out cases can be confirmed in second phase by calling left out information.

· Thus, finally, this confirmation order of 124 JAOs issued and all are confirmed w.e.f. completion of two years’ probation period by concerned JAO who are working in different SSAs/Units of Maharashtra Circle or on deputation to other Circles.

· The work for confirmation of left out cases is also under process and confirmation orders in case of the left out JAOs will be issued shortly.

· SNEA MH appreciates the patience shown by these JAOs and congratulates all on their confirmation in BSNL services.

· SNEA MH conveys thanks to all officers in FC section and GM Fin Mumbai for giving conclusive step to better extent on this long pending and important activity affecting carrier of these JAOs and clearing unwanted uncertainty thereof.

3 MAY 19: AGM Staff Mumbai issued orders for direct Relieving of executives under transfer from one SSA to another SSA within Maharashtra Circle. Order I <<<>>> Order II <<<>>>

· There are two separate orders for direct ERP relieving of JTOs, SDEs, and DEs under transfer in different SSAs within Maharashtra Circle.

· In first Order, the JTOs, SDE & DEs which are under transfer from Non Tenure SSAs to Tenure SSAs are force relieved w.e.f. 02/05/3019.

· In second Order, the JTOs, SDE & DEs which are under transfer from Non Tenure SSAs to Tenure SSAs are force relieved w.e.f. 03/05/2019.

· All the executives under transfer from Non Tenure to Tenure SSAs are relived in one stroke while for executives under transfer from non-tenure to non-tenure SSAs, many are relieved, but few are not relieved through ERP.

· The executives who have completed two years period in present SSA, before December 2018 are relieved as chances of completion of two years including leave and training period are more.

· In case of executives who have not completed two years by December 2018 in non -tenure SSAs, the information about completion of two years excluding leave and training period is till awaited from SSAs.

· In addition, some of SSAs Heads have represented about acute shortage of executives with transfers of executives in mass from their SSAs, without posting substitute to their SSAs. All such cases for Direct ERP relieving are under process of review and decision on ERP relieving of these executives is also expected shortly.

· This complaint has been under investigation for last 3-4 years and all the officers against whom compliant has been received are under lot of mental tension and facing harassment after completion of important years of their life in services of DoT & BSNL and major cases were reported in Maharashtra Circle.

· With this letter, the complaints of false/fake caste certificate against the officers in the list mentioned in letter are closed and all these officers will now get relief from metal tension and harassment thereof.

· Let us hope in similar manner all the officers /officials in this case of fake/false caste certificate get relief and get rid of this compliant without any complication in the case.
